In the wave of the digital economy,用友亞成 where AI is reshaping the business landscape, September 19, 2025 marked a milestone moment as Yonyou Malaysia successfully hosted the inaugural Partners Conference in Kuala Lumpur. This was not only the first overseas partner event since the global brand upgrade of YonSuite, but also a new starting point for joining global and local forces to co-create an AI-driven enterprise future.

With the theme “Pioneering the AI-Driven Enterprise with Our Partners”, the conference brought together Yonyou senior leaders from Yonyou headquarters, regional management teams, and Malaysian partners to explore digital transformation and ecosystem collaboration in the AI + SaaS era, injecting new momentum into the growth of local SMEs.

The event opened with an AI-generated music video, which creatively blended Malaysian and Southeast Asian cultural elements with the theme of digital intelligence, followed by a corporate video that vividly showcased Yonyou’s global strategy and innovation capabilities.

In his keynote, Xu Yang emphasized that with globalization accelerating and AI deeply integrated into business, enterprises are entering an era of unprecedented transformation. Growth, he noted, cannot be achieved without the support of partners. The future of business lies in ecosystem collaboration, co-creation, and shared success. He expressed Yonyou’s commitment to working hand in hand with partners to deliver greater value for customers through the synergy of AI and SaaS, jointly advancing the prosperity of the digital economy.

用友網絡助理總裁張磊 以 “YonSuite：一站式 SaaS 覆蓋全業務場景” 為主題進行分享。他指出，YonSuite 作為用友面向成長型企業的戰略級 SaaS 產品，憑借靈活的云原生架構和豐富的行業實踐，能夠覆蓋財務、供應鏈、人力、營銷等多個核心業務場景，為企業帶來降本增效、合規經營與數智化升級的綜合價值。他強調，YonSuite 不僅是一個數字化工具，更是推動成長型企業實現高效運營和可持續發展的創新平臺。

Ray Zhang introduced YonSuite as a flagship SaaS platform for growth enterprises, leverages flexible cloud-native architecture and extensive industry practices to cover core functions including finance, supply chain, HR, and marketing. YonSuite delivers integrated value in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, compliance, and digital-intelligence upgrading. 用友網絡副總裁、全球產品研發部負責人 楊繼浩就“產品與 AI”做了深入分享。他介紹了用友在全球化產品架構方面的最新布局，強調“全球化架構 + 本地合規” 的設計理念，確保企業在走向國際化時能兼顧各地法規與使用習慣。楊總特別提及幾個落地重點：支持馬來西亞電子發票（e-invoicing）要求的產品功能、本地化用戶體驗優化（包括馬來語界面與交互）、YonSuite 與本地化系統的深度集成，以及吉隆坡新研發中心的籌建與研發計劃。他也展示了基于 AI 的智能應用場景（如智能合同、自動訂單生成、智能月結與 AI 招聘等），用友如何將 AI 原生能力嵌入企業級應用，幫助企業提升業務效率與決策速度。

Roger Yang, shared Yonyou’s latest advancements in global product architecture, highlighting the principle of “Global Architecture + Local Compliance.” He noted support for Malaysia’s e-invoicing requirements, local language user experience, system integration, and the establishment of a new R&D center in Kuala Lumpur.

He also presented AI-powered scenarios such as intelligent contracts, automated order generation, AI-driven month-end closing, and recruitment, showing how Yonyou embeds AI-native capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

A highlight of the event was the partner signing ceremony, where Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, formalized collaboration with multiple local partners, witnessed by Yonyou senior leaders and all attendees. The ceremony marked a deeper commitment to supporting digital transformation in Malaysian enterprises.

In his closing remarks, Chen Meng emphasized that the conference was not an end, but a beginning of long-term collaboration. He pledged continued support for partners through incentive programs, training, and empowerment initiatives.  Amos Yeoh, Partner Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, also introduced upcoming policies and enablement plans, reinforcing Yonyou’s commitment to partner growth and mutual success.
